Jonathan T. Woldemariam is currently the Director of Wildfire Mitigation and Vegetation Management at San Diego Gas and Electric. Before starting his current position, he was the Director of Transmission and Substation Operations, which oversees the construction and maintenance of all transmission and substation facilities. In total, he has twenty-six years of experience in the electric utility industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in electrical engineering with a major field of study in electric power from San Diego State University, and he is a licensed professional engineer in California. Jonathan also serves on the Board of Directors for 2-1-1 San Diego, a local non-profit that is the region’s trusted source for access to community, health, social, and disaster services.
