Golf Outing at Dubsdread

It’s the course designed to “test the world’s greatest golfers.” It’s been consistently ranked among the top golf courses in the United States every year since its opening in 1964 and has hosted PGA Tour and United States Golf Association (USGA) tournaments. It’s Dubsdread, a natural-style championship golf course at the Cog Hill Golf & Country Club.

Join us at the golf course the day before MSPSC—we’ll cover the fees for you and a guest, plus lunch and refreshments. Tee off is at 9:00 a.m. Please bring your own clubs.

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea, a classic and charming English custom, is alive and well in Chicago. Your guest is cordially invited to join us for traditional tasty nibbles and tea under the historic Grecian frescoes and 24-karat gold chandeliers of the Palmer House.

Meet at the MSPSC Registration area of the Palmer House at 1:45 p.m. While dressing up is encouraged, it is not required. This activity is complimentary for guests of MSPSC attendees.

Seating is limited.

Networking Reception

Join us for an evening of developing new connections and meeting old friends in The Palmer House’s famous Empire Room while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and drinks. The Empire Room boasts a rich history of performances by legendary entertainers, including Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, and Liberace.

Guests of attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend!

MSPSC Fun Run and Walk

One of the best ways to clear the mind and think of the next great idea is by getting outside and breathing fresh air. That’s why we’re continuing with one of our favorite traditions—the MSPSC 8k run and 4k walk.

SEL pace runners will be waiting to meet you in the Palmer House Lobby before heading out for a refreshing start to the day and taking in the beautiful views of Chicago. Participants will receive a commemorative MSPSC Fun Run water bottle.

A waiver must be completed before participating.

Registration is at 5:45 a.m.

GUEST ACTIVITY

Gateway to the West Loop Food Tasting and Cultural Walking Tour

Chicago is a city made of many unique neighborhoods, all of which come with their own culinary traditions. We invite your guest to join us in exploring Chicago’s hottest foodie neighborhood—The West Loop! As we make our way down Restaurant Row, we’ll sample signature foods, created by award winning chefs, and learn about The West Loop’s restaurant revolution.

Meet at the MSPSC Registration area of the Palmer House at 11:15 a.m. Please wear comfortable shoes for the 3-hour, 1.5-mile walking tour, and come hungry. Transportation will be provided to and from the tour site. The tour is complimentary for guests of MSPSC attendees.
