Christopher D. Roberti is senior vice president of the Cyber, Intelligence, and Security division and chief of staff at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is also an advisor to Chamber President and CEO Thomas J. Donohue.
Roberti works closely with the executive leadership team, Chamber members, and members of the board of directors to coordinate policy initiatives and programs on issues that are key to the business community. In addition, he advises Donohue on a range of domestic and international issues, program integration, and strategy.
Before joining the Chamber, Roberti worked in the federal government, as well as the private sector on international and national security affairs. He began his career as a corporate attorney with the global law firm Clifford Chance LLP, where his practice focused on international private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and securities transactions.
Roberti is a member of the New York Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. He earned his J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law and received B.A. degrees in political science and in German and commercial studies from the University of Illinois. He speaks German and Greek and has significant experience living and working overseas.
