As Vice President for University Facilities at Montclair State University, Shawn Michael Connolly is responsible for planning the strategic direction and guiding the physical operation of the second largest public university in New Jersey. His responsibilities include the planning, development, and management of capital renewal and construction; building and land maintenance; energy and utility infrastructure; and transportation system operations. With more than 27 years of practical and administrative facilities engineering experience to his credit, Shawn focuses on providing innovative and forward-thinking leadership to 338 labor and professional employees who comprise the most diverse staff at the institution.
