Webinar: Securing Substation Network Ports and Services for NERC CIP Compliance
An SEL webinar on March 11 introduced new solutions to automate data collection for NERC CIP-007-6 R1 reporting. Documenting open ports and services on each IED involves labor-intensive data collection, and CIP-007-6 R1 compliance requires recertification every three years. The webinar covers two new solutions to streamline compliance reporting efforts. The first is the SEL Real-Time Automation Controller (RTAC) Audit Utility, and the second is the SEL Flow Auditor application for a software-defined networking (SDN) LAN.
