APP 735: SEL-735 Power Quality and Revenue Meter

APP 735 provides hands-on application training to increase your metering knowledge and understanding of real-world applications. This course provides training exercises and settings guidance to use the SEL-735 in power quality and revenue metering applications. In a lab environment, you will monitor energy flow, get notified of system problems with SELogic control equations, test accuracy, determine connection requirements, and communicate with the meter.

Course Preparation

Install or update the following software/files on the laptop you are bringing to class:

• acSELerator QuickSet SEL-5030 Software (include all device drivers during installation).
• SEL-C662 USB driver.
• SEL-735 instruction manual.

Please ensure that your laptop does not have any installation blocks before you come to class and that you have an open USB port.
