Sunset and Discontinued Products
When a product enters the sunset phase of its life cycle, it is still available for order and we still support it, but we no longer promote it to new customers. Sunset products are not recommended for new projects, and we should encourage customers to choose newer products. A product may stay in the sunset phase for several years before reaching product discontinuation.
Once a product has been discontinued it is no longer available for order and the manufacturing processes have been discontinued. Installed product is still supported as long as possible.
