Q: Joey, in an exchange 8 months ago, you made the comment that it will be interesting to see what changes businesses makes to adapt during a pandemic that will become permanent. Outside of life with Zoom, what one significant change (that you may or may not have mentioend today) do you believe will become permanent?

A: Thanks for the question Rich. Like a lot of companies we're thinking how flexible we want to be with working remotely. While I don't think we'll have people working from home long term, we know it can work and it's a tool in our tool belt. Also how we interact with customers and suppliers will be different for sure.

Q: Customers have been waiting for a modern replacement for SEL-551 and the SEL-851 fits the bill! Will similar replacements be available for the 587 & 587Z?

A: Hi Mark, depending on the industry and part of the world, 5xx have been flat to declining. The 851 is going to be a great replacement for the 551! So simple even I can order it and apply it!!

A: Hi Randy, a 3U version is on the roadmap next and then we will look at the panel mount version. How many panel mount units will you sell if we build it?

A: Hello Randy - the 3350 1U has a panel mount bracket available. It will be very similar to the 3530 1U panel mount bracket.

Q: The new 3530 is a savior. My customers are finding new ways to stretch the current RTAC to its absolute limits, this will allow them the buffer they need and room to think of more ways to utilize the RTAC family. Display port too! Awesome, thanks.

A: So close customers won't notice the difference. Of course the terminals and comm port connections will be different between the 851 and 551
