Q: Dear Greg and Jared, Great presentation and training. Many things are lot clearer on the software capabilities and how to present it better. I really love our SynchroWave Operations Software and solution!! I'd like to get our AEs really more up to speed to demonstrate this software and have a demo locally to be able to work with the end user. Should we have to go all the way to Pullman for these kind of activities it may seem to customers that we don't have the local support needed for these kind of solutions. So lets be ready. I also like to say for customer that don't want or need our services, S&CS should be able to provide quotes directly to customer. It would be just troublesome to have ES doing the proposals I believe. That's my two cents on this approach. Thanks!
