Enterprise Data Collection and Reporting Software Bundle

The bundle combines acSELerator Team SEL-5045 Software and acSELerator Meter Reports SEL-5630 Software. Team automates the collection and reporting of your power system data from multiple devices to a central location for easy access. Meter Reports visualizes the metering data collected and stored by Team, allowing you to quickly analyze data, identify usage trends, and diagnose system problems. With the software bundle, you receive a one-unit license of Team Profile for billing, Team Events for waveform data, and Meter Reports for visualization and analysis.

SEL-5601-2 synchroWAVe Event Software displays SEL meter event reports and COMTRADE files, allowing you to easily analyze and diagnose your system’s behavior before and during a power system fault. Combine synchroWAVe Event with Team to fully automate event report retrieval and display.

Integrate Data Reporting

acSELerator Database API SEL-5230 Software provides third-party software tools with access to data collected by Team and archived in the acSELerator Database. This allows your different enterprise-level systems, such as an energy management system or a billing system, to integrate data reporting.

How do I change the meter’s wiring form?

What are the wiring diagrams for common installations?

The diagrams below show the connections for Form 5, 9, and 36.

Form 5, 3-wire delta connection

Voltages
Wire the phase-to-phase voltages to terminals Z07 and Z09. Connect the neutral wire to terminals Z08 and Z10.

Currents
Wire the currents to terminals Z01–Z02 and Z05–Z06.

Form 9, 4-wire wye connection

Voltages
Wire the phase-to-neutral voltages to terminals Z07, Z08, and Z09. Connect the neutral wire to terminal Z10.

Currents
Wire the currents to terminals Z01–Z02, Z03–Z04, and Z05–Z06.

Form 36, 4-wire wye connection

Voltages
Wire the phase-to-neutral voltages to terminals Z07 and Z09. Connect the neutral wire to terminals Z08 and Z10.

What are the terminal connection specifications?

Follow these steps to use the connectorized terminals.

Ensure that the conductor size is between 0.25 mm2 (24 AWG) and 4 mm2 (12 AWG).
Strip the conductor end to ensure an electrical connection is made.
Insert the bare conductor into the connection and past the connection jaw.
Tighten the connector to about 0.79 Nm (7 in-lb) of torque.
Complete other wiring connections.
Hand-tighten the Connectorized connection mounting screws to the proper terminal on the SEL-735.

The course provides training exercises and settings guidance to use the SEL-735 in power quality and revenue metering applications.
