Josh Carlson possesses almost 20 years of diverse cybersecurity experience in engineering and business development roles within high-tech companies supporting U.S. and Middle Eastern governments, global financial institutions, as well as customers in energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, paper/pulp, water/wastewater utilities, and manufacturing. His most recent experience is focused on industrial control systems that are often used in critical infrastructure.
Josh presently serves as the Senior Business Development Manager at Dragos, where he primarily focuses on strategic alliances and technical integrations of various solutions with the Dragos platform offering. Prior to Dragos, Josh led the successful growth of the Cybersecurity Services initiative at Schneider Electric’s Industrial Division within the North America region.
Josh also participates in various working groups within non- and for-profit organizations seeking to improve industrial control systems safety and security through various guidelines/standards adoption and implementation. Most recently, he started working with the ISA Global Security Alliance and is co-chairing their new Cybersecurity Standards Implementation Conference.
