Cody Tews is a principal engineer with over 19 years of experience in power system modeling, cyber analytics, and data analysis. He has worked with SEL for fourteen years, leading development projects for synchrophasor products in addition to modeling research to support government clients. He has also worked for the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in the Department of Energy’s Field Intelligence Element as a lead research engineer in cyber analysis. Mr. Tews holds five United States patents for power system related inventions. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering and a BS in Economics from the University of Idaho.
