Supply Chain Director

Diane is the supply chain director at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). She is responsible for the purchasing, logistics, and material functions within the company. She has always worked in the supply chain field in manufacturing companies. Diane worked at Ford Motor Company for thirteen years and spent time at Plexus Corporation as well as two other privately held companies. Diane received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Madonna University in 2009 and her master’s in business administration from the University of Washington in 2022. She is certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) through ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management).

Senior Electronic Sales Engineer

Tyler manages Phoenix Contact business, including customer and distributor relationships, in Oregon, Southern Washington, and Southern Idaho. With more than 18 years of experience in the electronics industry, Tyler brings extensive technical and commercial expertise to his role. He began his career at TTI where he spent 9 years as an inside salesperson and 4 years as a field salesperson. He worked as a sales engineer with Phoenix Contact for 6 years before being promoted to Senior Sales Engineer in 2022.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon in 2005 with a minor in Economics.

Tyler Gould

Tom joined Interconnect Sales, Inc., a franchised specialist distributor is based in Vancouver, WA, in 1996.  The company was founded in 1989 to return traditional engineering, local inventory, and personal service to the market, and its focus is on Pacific Northwest companies that manufacture their own products. Tom provides field engineering support to key customers, leads relationships with manufacturers, and develops strategies that guide the company. He became the majority shareholder and president of the company in 2011.

Tom began his career in electronics distribution in 1987 as a warehouse manager while attending the University of Washington pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics.
