Communications System Manager 

As the communications systems manager for Whitman County Emergency Communications, Jordan leads the design, deployment, and maintenance of the county’s critical 911 radio and networking infrastructure. His work spans VHF simulcast site development, advanced microwave backhaul implementation, and IT security integration—ensuring dependable communication for law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders. Jordan has spearheaded major infrastructure upgrades, navigated complex regulatory requirements, and fostered inter-agency collaboration across the region.

Senior Vice President of Research and Development

As senior vice president of Research and Development, Dr. Ryan Bradetich designs and implements strategies to solve power industry challenges through the creation and support of SEL technologies and leads the teams responsible for the development of SEL communications and cybersecurity solutions.

He is a principal investigator for multiple U.S. Department of Energy projects, has been awarded over ten patents related to security and communications, and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and PhD in computer science from the University of Idaho and has been with SEL since 2006.
