| Q: | I’ve lost the formatting to my résumé. Will this reduce my chances of employment with SEL? |
| A: | No, SEL does not take formatting into consideration when viewing résumés. Simply make sure that it is legible in the text box. |

| Q: | I have submitted my résumé online. How long will it take until I am notified of my status? |
| A: | Generally, all candidates are updated on their status within two weeks of submitting their application. However, this can vary, depending on the nature of the position. |

| Q: | Will you get back to me when I am no longer being considered for the position? |
| A: | Yes, SEL will get back to you via email as soon as you are no longer being considered for a position. |

| Q: | How will I be contacted should an interview be requested? |
| A: | By telephone. |

| Q: | Can I apply for more than one position? |
| A: | Yes, SEL encourages candidates to apply for each position that they believe they are qualified for, and they will be considered for each position individually. |

| Q: | Can I submit an individual résumé and cover letter for each position I apply for? |
| A: | No, at this time candidates must only submit one résumé and cover letter regardless of which positions they apply for. |

| Q: | Will you keep my résumé on file and inform me of new openings that I may be interested in? |
| A: | SEL will retain your information, including your résumé. We are unable to inform you of new opening that are specific to your qualifications, so we highly encourage you to be proactive and to continue monitoring our website for new positions for which they would like to be considered. |

| Q: | Do I need to fill out a formal application? If so, where do I get one? |
| A: | No, SEL does not require a formal application with work history and background-check authorization until further along in the hiring process. Right now, all we need is your résumé. |

| Q: | Can candidates share email addresses? |
